Who are we?
Madeira Friends is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community on the island of Madeira. We bring together a diverse group of individuals, including expats, digital nomads, and remote workers creating meaningful connections between locals and internationals. Our beneficiaries include both the local community—who benefit from skill-sharing initiatives, cultural exchanges, and giving-back initiatives—and our international members, who find a welcoming space to integrate, contribute, and feel at home on the island.
